Driving the world’s first car in Pasadena by Mark Frauenfelder

The thrill of riding such grandfather’s (or great-grandfather’s?) automobile at a top speed of 18mph is brought back by modern replicas. The original wonder is currently on display in Deutsches Museum in Munich. The last time I was there (winter ’05), the Automotive wing didn’t seem to be open, however.
